OSPA Receives a $200,000 Grant from the Bush Foundation

 

OSPA is proud to announce that we have received a $200,000 Community Innovation Grant from the Bush Foundation, a valued supporter from the start of our project.  The grant will fund the initial operations of the OSPA and the development of a workforce development strategy to maximize Tribal hiring and sourcing during the development and construction of our wind farms.  You can read more about the grant at:

Secretaries Jewell and Moniz Joint Letter

The Department of Interior Secretary Sally Jewell and Department of Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz, and co-chairs of the Energy Subgroup of the White House Council on Native American Affairs, sent a letter of support for the Oceti Sakowin Power Project and designated the Energy Subgroup to provide “coordinated multi-agency information and assistance.”
